Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

If for ANY REASON you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will either:-

exchange it for another product or offer a refund, once returned at your own cost. Just complete our form, and we'll do the rest.

For added peace of mind, all of our anti-slip products are covered by our 10-year guarantee against any defects or manufacturing faults.

The following goods are exempt from the right to cancel: any items which have been made to your specification, such as non-standard sizes (cut to size products), colours/styles outside of the options listed on our website, any goods that have been installed or used (unless they are faulty) or any goods that were purchased utilising our pre-drilling service.

• You can cancel your contract at any time and up to 14 days after the day of delivery. Use our Cancellation of Order form below, or e-mail, fax, write, or call us.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, at your own cost. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you do decide to return an item, please be aware that a 25% restocking fee will be applied. This charge helps to cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned goods. This policy applies to Safe Tread standard products only. We believe this approach ensures fairness while allowing us to continue offering high-quality products and service at competitive prices.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
