Sui Generis International Ltd was established in 1996 and in 2016 celebrated our 20th anniversary year in business. From the gradual progression of bespoke GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) moulded products, the company has grown to specialise in a wide variety of fibreglass applications, including the introduction of the GRP Grating and Safe Tread Anti-Slip Stair and Floor products.

As part of our gradual expansion we have invested in and recently expanded our anti-slip manufacturing facility which now sees us produce premium quality stair and floor products at extremely competitive rates here in the UK.

As the manufacturer, we are able to achieve the highest standards of quality control as well as refining and introducing new products, custom sizes, and custom colours for our customers. We take great pride in being one of the only UK manufaturers within our industry and actively reduce our (and your!) carbon footprint by avoiding imports from overseas.

Sustainability
We’re proud to manufacture our non-slip GRP product range using a specialist, super-strength, resin made from recycled plastic bottles, diverting them from landfills and our oceans. Over 1,800 recycled plastic bottles are saved in every 220kg drum of resin we use. We are continually researching ways to reduce our carbon footprint and are hoping to expand this into other ranges as soon as possible.
